Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Work: Komol Aluminium Sliding Works agrees to provide aluminium sliding works services as specified in the contract or agreement signed between the client and Komol Aluminium Sliding Works.

2. Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered by is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Failure to pay within the specified timeframe may result in additional fees or legal action.

3. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel or reschedule services by providing 2daysnotice to Komol Aluminium Sliding Works. Cancellations made less than [X days/weeks] before the scheduled service date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Warranty: Komol Aluminium Sliding Work sprovides a warranty on materials and workmanship for aluminium sliding works. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, installation by unauthorized personnel, or natural disasters.

5. Liability: Komol Aluminium Sliding Works shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use or installation of aluminium sliding works, except where prohibited by law. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Komol Aluminium Sliding Works from any claims or liabilities resulting from the services provided.
